1,5 tbsp raspberry jam
4 tbsp olive oil

1/2 TSP Garlic powder
Salt & pepper

For the raspberry dressing, whisk the jam with the olive oil and balsamic until smooth. Season with garlic powder and a little salt and pepper and set aside.

Season the planted.chicken with a little salt and pepper and fry in olive oil according to the packet instructions until crispy. Wash the lettuce, chop the nectarine, red onion and avocado.

Dress everything together with the dressing and enjoy.
