175 g planted.kebab
1 tomato, sliced
½ red onion, cut into rings
50 g red cabbage, thinly sliced
50 g lettuce, thinly sliced
2 pita breads
Optional: coriander
yogurt sauce
8 tablespoons soy yogurt
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ lemon, squeezed
Some chives
salt & chilli to taste

Preparation

Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan and fry planted.kebab Original in two batches until crispy (if the pan is too full, the planted.kebab Original will not be really crispy).

To make the yoghurt sauce, mix everything together and season with salt and chilli.

Toast the pita bread. Cut the lettuce, red cabbage and tomatoes into strips or slices.

Fill the pita with planted.kebab Original and ingredients of your choice as well as the yogurt sauce. Optional: Garnish with coriander.
